Upon submitting your inquiry, you will be sent a link to schedule a video call with me. During this 30 minute consult, I will ask you a few questions to better to know you and your business, as well as your goals, timeline, & budget. Afterwards you will receive a custom project proposal.

Once the proposal is accepted, contract is signed, and deposit is made, you will receive a detailed questionnaire as well as a link to schedule a one hour project kick off call. The purpose of this call is to squeeze out as much details about your business and your unique story as we can to build a foundation for your project.

You be will provided with a detailed content questionnaire for your website so we can begin collecting all the necessary copy and media for your website.

Using the information gathered during the kick off call, I will start putting together mood boards to help narrow down a creative direction for your project and will present the boards to you via a recorded video.

Utilizing the creative direction you approve, my team and I will get to work designing. You will be given the space to provide feedback on the concept in order to ensure your voice is present in the design and you feel connected to the brand.

Once your branding is approved, my team and I will begin designing your website. This is broken up into three phases: the wireframe, the mock-up, and the final build.

Each phase will be presented to you via a video call. We will also provide you with pre-recorded video walkthroughs and feedback forms to ensure everything with the site is approved entirely before moving forward.

Woohoo! We’ll make your website live, deliver final files, and provide launch support.

We will have one final call with you to celebrate your launch! During this call we will go over your guidelines, answer questions about files, and provide you with custom video tutorials for website maintenance so you’re equipped for long-term success!
